Service Description
Sometimes we get in a funk, and just need a little assistance to help us get back into the flow. This session is a time for you to talk, share and I'll assist you with a meditation to help you get back into the flow. This is affordable and may be the little nudge you need to help you with your day! Book a time with me weeknights - Sun, Mon, Wednesday after 6:30pm and Thursday evenings after 8pm.
