Why Reiki & Reflexology
The past two years have been tough.
Many of our bodies feel out of alignment.
Our bodies hold the loss, grief & isolation we've experienced
and manifest these things through illness, aches and pain
and some weird symptoms we haven't experienced before.
In order to help our bodies come to alignment and healing,
We need to take care of our nervous systems.
The nervous system is integral part of our healing.
There are many ways to soothe and calm our nervous systems
A walk in the woods, meditation, prayer, sitting by an ocean or a lake or on top of a mountain.
however, sometimes we want and /or need a helping hand.
In the studio space at In Harmony Wellspring
I am able to assist in bringing your body to a
feeling of homeostatis through listening to where you are at in the world
a little meditation, Reiki and Reflexology.

FOOT & HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Foot & Hand Reflexology is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reflexologist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
REIKI
Reiki helps restore & balance your energy. I love witnessing the awakening of clients when they feel energy flow through their bodies. Some describe it as goose bumps moving through their systems. Reiki taps into the Higher Consciousness within you, which surrounds you & which flows through you.
(The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means 'God's Wisdom' or the 'Higher Power' and Ki which is 'life force energy'.)
ABOUT ME
I have been involved with Reflexology & Reiki since I first discovered them in 2014. I soon shared my new knowledge with my family and friends who were only too happy to oblige. Through Reflexology and Reiki, my children's cold symptoms were relieved, fevers reduced, tummy troubles resolved and my husband's aches & pains, temporarily washed away so he could experience a sound sleep.
I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of Reiki & Reflexology. As a Reflexologist & Reiki practitioner, I enjoy witnessing the transformation of each client as they release their stress and allow their being awaken to the calming, healing & restorative powers held within each of them.
This website is a labor of love, I am still creating and unfolding the vision for my practice, my clients and myself.
